If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period of 5 business days before suspending your node. Suspended nodes are held for 14 days before being decommissioned and wiped.

When a subscription ends or a node is terminated, the node undergoes a full cryptographic wipe before being reassigned. We retain billing records and account metadata in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Norwegian data protection law (GDPR).
