You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Hardware failure, maintenance, or a wipe under these Terms may cause the permanent loss of data stored on an assigned Mac.
If a subscription has been cancelled, the assigned Mac will be wiped on the subscription expiration date unless the subscription is reactivated before that date.
If payment is not successfully completed during the grace period, the assigned Mac may be automatically wiped. 5.4.5 Scope of Data Wipe The wipe permanently erases all data, files, settings, and installed software on the Mac. 5.4.6 Unrecoverable Process The wipe is automated, final, and unrecoverable.
